Delivery Policy
We attempt to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving confirmation following a successful credit card purchase, or 48 hours from when the funds are cleared by our bank if the payment was by personal cheque, direct deposit or money order.
Please allow up to 10 days for delivery; times may be extended during public holiday periods.
In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of an item, we will contact you with the expected date of new stock arriving and ask how you would like to proceed; i.e. wait, or cancel the order and have your payment refunded.
Shipping costs
Shipping cost is displayed on the second page of the check-out procedure, before payment. Just select the correct shipping option (depending on the area you live) and the total amount payable (excl.GST) will be automatically calculated for you. All orders within Australia up to $50 value are sent by Regular Parcel Post, and orders over $50 are sent to you via Registered Parcel Post. Orders outside Australia are sent via Air International Regular Parcels Service unless otherwise specifically requested.
Goods damaged or lost in transit
LuSan Services takes all care with the packaging and dispatch of your order; however we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit beyond that provided by Registered Parcel Post. This service provides a tracking number facility with compensation against loss up to $100.00 value of the goods (within Australia only). Air International Parcels Service does not have a tracking No. facility, or include any insurance against loss. While Australia post service is very reliable, we recommend that orders over $100 be fully insured against loss.
Insurance
If you are ordering from within Australia, and you wish to insure your goods fully against loss; you can find additional insurance listed as a product under: Our Products>Other Products>Extra Cover. Additional Insurance on Registered Post articles (within Australia only) will be $1.20+GST per $100, or part thereof, in excess of $100, and up to $5000 value of the goods. Just add this product to your shopping cart; once for every $100 or part thereof in excess of the first $100.
If you are ordering from outside Australia, and you wish to insure your goods against loss, you will need to notify us first by phone or email before ordering. We can then calculate these extra charges and enter your complete shipping cost as a product (with a unique Invoice #) under: Our Products>Other Products>Manual Shipping. You can then add this product to your shopping cart and proceed as normal through the check-out; being sure to now select "Free Shipping" from the available shipping options where prompted. Extra Cover (Insurance) for Air International/Regular Parcels Service will be $8.10 for the first $100 or part thereof, plus $2.15 for every additional $100 or part thereof, up to $5000. The availability of Extra Cover (Insurance) and the maximum obtainable cover varies between countries. For more details see: www1.auspost.com.au/international.
Privacy Policy
LuSan Services is committed to the new Australian privacy legislation in the way it collects, uses, secures and discloses personal information.
The Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 requires companies to comply with the National Privacy Principles (NPPs). This document describes LuSan Services Privacy Policy.
The information we collect
We lawfully collect personal information that is necessary for our business to function. The information we collect and hold will depend upon the products and services you request from us and may include:

If you at any time receive any communication from LuSan Services which you would not like to receive, please contact us and we will remove your name from our mailing list.
Access to your personal information
In most cases, you can gain access to the personal information that LuSan Services holds about you, subject to some exceptions allowed by law.
If you would like to check or amend your contact details, please contact us. We will deal with all requests for access to personal information as quickly as possible.
Security
LuSan Services will take reasonable steps to keep secure any personal information which we hold and to keep this information accurate and up to date. Personal information is stored in a secure server or secure files. Payment via PayPal is globally, one of the safest and most secure on-line payment methods currently available. This payment system utilizes the latest SSL encryption technology (the same as your bank) and although Pay Pal does notify us of every successful transaction, your important credit card details are never transferred through non-secure lines. These details are only ever able to be viewed and checked by PayPal themselves.
The Internet however is not always a secure method of transmitting information. Accordingly, LuSan Services cannot accept responsibility for the security of any other information you may send directly to, or receive from us over the Internet, or for any unauthorized access or use of that information.

Limitation of liability
In no event will LuSan Services, its directors or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use this service or relating to any products / services sold through this service. LuSan services are not responsible for the content of other web sites to which we provide links. The operators of these linked web sites are solely responsible for the content they provide on their own pages.
Our Warranty
All our products carry a full 12 months written warranty, from date of purchase, against any defects in materials and manufacture. Please read the full warranty conditions below (PDF). A printed copy of this warranty is provided with your invoice, and we recommend filling out the details and keeping this copy in a safe place with your Invoice in case you should need to make a warranty claim in the future.
Refunds
Please choose carefully, because of health reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If you believe you have a valid warranty claim please return the complete item for our inspection and the assessment of your claim. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on return of goods.
Method of refunds
LuSan Services can within 60 days of purchase; refund your credit card or PayPal account (only if you paid that way) or alternatively, we will post a cheque to your address.
How to make a return
All we ask is that you print and fill in the Form below, then return it together with the complete product to our P.O Box number. Please note that we will need the Invoice number provided on the original goods receipt, or at least the Paypal transaction/receipt ID (if you paid that way) in order to track and validate the record of your purchase.
