Payment via PayPal
Integrated with our own shopping cart, PayPal is fast, convenient and secure. A good option for both buyers and sellers; PayPal offers significant fraud protection and a wide range of credit card support. You can choose to make payment from your PayPal account, or simply pay with your Visa or M/C credit card without first opening an account (limit of 10 transactions). For overseas buyers payment via PayPal is the only option we accept.
Mail order or Email
Good for contacting us for special requests. For security reasons we ask that you do not send us credit card details via e-mail.
Phone order
If you find that you need to phone us for any reason, we are located in Brisbane, Australia. If our office is un-attended, please leave a brief message with your name and contact number and we will return your call at the earliest opportunity.
Fax order
For your convenience we are happy to receive orders by fax. Be sure to include your name and phone/fax numbers, your full address, details of the product/s you wish to order, and preferred payment details. We will then fax you an invoice for the products you wish to purchase.
For any product that is ordered by ordinary mail, e-mail, telephone or fax, payment can be made by cheque, money order or direct deposit to our account. Be sure to include your invoice number with any direct deposit details to allow reconciliation with your order.
